This year marks my 40th anniversary in the insurance industry, with the majority of that time dedicated to designing and implementing U.S.-compliant risk financing products and structures. Throughout my career, I have been involved in every aspect of the product cycle, including financing, development, underwriting, and production working for major insurance companies in the U.S. and Bermuda, such as Lexington Insurance Company (a division of AIG) and Liberty Mutual Insurance. In 2019, I founded Captive Advisory Partners LLC to assist companies in navigating the non-traditional insurance market. I hold licenses in many states as a broker and reinsurance broker.
